Hmong Pork Belly in Air Fryer

Cooking Pork Belly has never been easier!

All you need is seasoned pork belly and tossed into an air fryer. Cooking for 20 minutes, bamm it’s done. If you want it crisper than cook it another 10 to 20 minutes.

This dish can be served in a number of other dishes. For example, in your Pho, springroll, stirred fry or just over rice as it’s only separate meal.

Ingredients

  • Pork Belly
  • Salt

Step 1: Prep Your Pork Belly

Wash your Pork Belly. After washing it throughly, pat down it down with a paper towel. Season it salt.

Step 2: Cook Your Pork Belly in Air Fryer

Turn your Air Fryer on. Lay your Pork Belly in side and increase your time to cook to 20 minutes. Push start. The Air Fryer will self stop once 20 Minutes is up. If you want it crisper than cook it another 10 to 20 minutes.
